The SFEOL Network membership form can be completed on this website. You may also download the form (PDF file), and send it with payment by mail.

SFEOL Network offers Individual membership ($30/year) and Organization Sponsored membership ($50/year). An upgraded membership that includes lunches for all the monthly network meetings is available for an additional $100.

If the membership dues prevent you from being able to participate in the Network, please call Erin Henke @ (415) 526-5668 or Nate Hinerman @ (415) 422-2314. Or send us an email. We do not want the structure of a dues paying membership to discourage anyone's participation.
