Residents of Sequoias San Francisco (Betty Carmack, R.N., Ed.D., and Rev. Michael Reddig) describe their program of normalizing end of life care and death in their Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).  Over the past five years they have developed a model which they share by describing the genesis of their program, the components, and the specific activities that further the Committee’s goals.  After a power point presentation there will be time for questions and discussion.
